Getting started
Tap the Snakes tab, then tap the + button in the top right. Enter your snake's name, choose its species, and set a feeding interval (how many days between feedings). Tap Save and your snake will appear on the dashboard.
Open a snake's detail page and tap Log Feeding, or use the quick-log button directly from the Today dashboard. Record whether your snake ate or refused, add an optional note, and save. The feeding schedule updates automatically.
The free plan lets you track up to 3 snakes. All core features — feeding logs, growth tracking, shedding events, and medication records — are available on the free plan. Upgrading to Pro removes the snake limit and unlocks push reminders.
Pro subscription
Go to Settings in the app and tap your subscription status, or tap Unlock Pro when prompted. Choose between a monthly or yearly plan. The yearly plan offers a significant saving compared to paying monthly.
When you enable reminders (Pro feature), FeedTracker sends a push notification to your device when a snake's feeding is due — based on the feeding interval you set for each snake. Enable or disable reminders at any time from Settings → Notifications.
If you reinstalled the app or signed in on a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the Pro paywall screen. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.
Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FeedTracker and tap Cancel Subscription. You will keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time — refund requests must go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using the app
"Overdue" means the feeding interval for that snake has passed since the last logged feeding. Open the snake's detail page to log a new feeding and clear the overdue status. If you have not yet logged any feeding, the status is calculated from when the snake was added.
Open a snake's detail page and go to the Growth tab. Tap the + button to add a new entry. Enter weight and/or length in your preferred unit (grams, ounces, kilograms, pounds, centimetres, inches, etc.). FeedTracker stores all entries and shows a growth chart over time.
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes all your data — snakes, logs, growth records, and account information — from our servers. This action cannot be undone. Cancel your Pro subscription separately through Apple before deleting your account.
Yes — all your data is stored on our servers and linked to your Apple ID. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, simply sign in with the same Apple ID and all your snakes and history will be restored automatically.
