1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using FeedTracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of FeedTracker, including free and Pro subscribers.
2. About the App
FeedTracker is an iOS application that helps snake keepers track feeding schedules, growth, shedding events, and medication records for their snakes. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Account and Authentication
You must sign in with your Apple ID to use FeedTracker. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID credentials secure. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
4. Subscriptions
Free plan
The Free plan allows you to track up to 3 snakes. Core features — feeding logs, growth tracking, shedding and medication records — are available on the Free plan.
Pro plan
The Pro plan is available as a monthly or yearly subscription and unlocks:
- Unlimited snakes
- Push notification feeding reminders
Billing and cancellation
Pro subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FeedTracker. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. FeedTracker has no control over refund decisions.
Free trials
Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
FeedTracker and all related content — including the name, logo, design, and software — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal iOS devices for personal use.
The data you enter (snake names, logs, notes) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
FeedTracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
FeedTracker is a record-keeping tool and should not replace the advice of a qualified veterinarian. We are not responsible for the health outcomes of animals tracked with the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedTracker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
